Clark Center Strategic Plan Updates
The Clark Center management team meets twice annually for a strategic planning day of retreat. At this day long meeting, imminent changes in the industry are presented for consideration and many plans and ideas are discussed regarding how we will effectively serve our clients and efficiently run our agency. Out of the many goals and ideas considered, a few are chosen to be a part of our annual Strategic Plan. The objectives chosen for this plan are considered to be those of utmost importance for the agency to address. A few exerts from this year’s strategic plan are:
- Clark Center will continue to search for suitably sized office space in every town in our catchment area in which there is a Walmart. We now have active outpatient space in Monett, Cassville, Greenfield, Mt. Vernon, Pierce City, Shell Knob and Aurora. We recognize the need to expand or relocate to better accommodate the need in some of these areas and will continue to strive to ensure we can meet client need throughout the three counties we serve.
- Clark Center will initiate any needed changes or enhancements to services or reporting in order to meet the increased requirements to maintain our status as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.
- Clark Center will be working to enhance the training we give staff. Our goal is to continually work at strengthening the working relationship staff have at all levels with each other and with our clients.
