Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
During your visit, a qualified mental health professional will meet with you to understand your needs. After the screening, we’ll help connect you with the right services—either here at Clark Center or with another trusted provider.
Important to know:
- This service is available to everyone, no matter your ability to pay.
- Bring an insurance card if you have one.
- Bring a valid ID when you come in.
